SPINACH AVOCADO DIP

Yield: 4 servings

 

 INGREDIENTS:

 2 Avocados, seeded and peeled

8 oz Spinach
1

clove Garlic, minced fine

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon cumin

1 cup chopped tomatoes

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS:

Add avocados, spinach, garlic, lemon juice and cumin to a blender or food processor. Pulse on high until all ingredients are incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in chopped tomatoes and serve.

Good Morning, I would like to make some of the recipes listed here however one of the reccipes have Kiwi in it and I am allergic to it. Please advise me what and if I can substute the Kiwi with something else. Also, a lot of the recipes are made with cilantro can this be substituted with something else as well? your thoughts and ideas very much appreciated. Best Regards- Roberta

Hello Roberta, thank you for your comment. You may substitute kiwi with any other fruit you like. As for cilantro, you may use dill, parsley or any other herb instead.
