Headaches and Hot Flashes:
Eat: *Green Apples (must) (leafy green vegetables, broccoli, cucumber)
Avoid: All citrus Fruit (lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, tangerines)
Eat: Beets, Plums, Warm Unsweetened prune juice (may purchase in health food store) SADKHIN TEA.
Eat: Drink Sadkhin night tea throughout the day.
Eat: *Celery (must), Green Apples, and Cabbage.
Avoid: All citrus fruit (lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, tangerines), All Red fruits/vegetables (watermelon, tomato, strawberry, red peppers).
• If you are not hungry, don’t eat. Your asthma will resolve quicker.
• Go to sleep before 10:00 P.M. ** (Very important)
• Bread is detrimental for Asthmatic patients
Eat: * An abundance of Carrots (must). (yellow peppers, yellow apples)
Avoid: All citrus fruit (lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, tangerines), Red fruits/vegetables (watermelon, tomatoes, strawberries, red peppers)
• Avoid over eating, especially starches (bread, pasta, pizza etc.), which are very bad for the skin.
Eat: Bananas, Pears, and Steamed Broccoli.
Anemic or Heavy bleeding:
Eat: Pomegranate, Red Cabbage, and Mango.
Eat: Apples with seeds (seeds contain natural iodine).
