Dr. Sadkhin's tips to health and wellness

We all have suffered from ailments at one time or another. What some of us haven't heard, is that altering dietary practices can help alleviate countless issues and open the door to a better, healthier YOU! Check out Dr. Sadkhin's tips to health and wellness:

Foods That Heal and Harm Various Conditions:

Diabetic:
Eat: Pink Grapefruit, Cabbage.

Headaches and Hot Flashes:
Eat: *Green Apples (must) (leafy green vegetables, broccoli, cucumber)
Avoid: All citrus Fruit (lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, tangerines)

Constipation
Eat: Beets, Plums, Warm Unsweetened prune juice (may purchase in health food store) SADKHIN TEA.

Heavy Bleeding/Discomfort:
Eat: Drink Sadkhin night tea throughout the day.

Asthma:
Eat: *Celery (must), Green Apples, and Cabbage. 
Avoid: All citrus fruit (lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, tangerines), All Red fruits/vegetables (watermelon, tomato, strawberry, red peppers).

• If you are not hungry, don’t eat. Your asthma will resolve quicker.
• Go to sleep before 10:00 P.M. ** (Very important)
• Bread is detrimental for Asthmatic patients

Psoriasis/Eczema:
Eat: * An abundance of Carrots (must). (yellow peppers, yellow apples)
Avoid: All citrus fruit (lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, tangerines), Red fruits/vegetables (watermelon, tomatoes, strawberries, red peppers)
• Avoid over eating, especially starches (bread, pasta, pizza etc.), which are very bad for the skin.

Gastritis:
Eat: Bananas, Pears, and Steamed Broccoli.

Anemic or Heavy bleeding:
Eat: Pomegranate, Red Cabbage, and Mango.

Hypothyroidism:
Eat: Apples with seeds (seeds contain natural iodine).

Arthritis:
Eat: Cherries.
