- plain yogurt or kefir (if you like a thicker taste use yogurt, if you prefer thinner use kefir)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro or dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh green scallions, chopped
- fresh ground pepper and sea salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
