- What is The Sadkhin Complex?

If you are diligent in following the program you can expect to lose 20-25 pounds per month. Most people lose 10% of their body weight within the first ten days. - Is there proof that the program works?

Certified Sadkhin Practitioners are individuals certified to use the patented Sadkhin Method. They are extensively trained by Dr. Sadkhin in all of the aspects of the program. A Certified Sadkhin Practitioner will always display a Diploma issued by The Sadkhin Complex and approved by Dr. Sadkhin. The certificate is only issued to those who are truly qualified and have a firm grasp of the techniques and methodologies of the Sadkhin Method. Beware of imitators that claim to provide similar results, as they are not trained in our method and may actually cause harm. - Can I only use the food portion of the program, without the Sadkhin Spheres?
The effectiveness of our program on your body heavily relies on stimulation of the hunger control points. The key to our program is that while consuming just a minimal amount of allowed food, you are able to overcome the feeling of hunger as well as melt the unwanted pounds. Thus, if you were to try using only the food portion of the program, in most cases you would find it extremely difficult to overcome the feeling of hunger. In addition, you would find that your results would be a fraction of what can be achieved using The Sadkhin Method. In addition, the psychological effects of forcing yourself to stay hungry can be extremely stressful and unhealthy for your body and mind. - May I use sweeteners on the program? If so, how much?
You may not use sugar during our program. Artificial sweeteners, even though allowed on our program, are not the healthiest sugar substitute. We recommend using natural honey as a sweetener. You may have 6-8 teaspoons of honey per day. We recommend to use our MiraBee brand of honey as it was specifically designed with our program’s nutritional requirements in mind. - Can I have tea or coffee?
You may have decaffeinated coffee and any kind of tea, though we do prefer that our customers use herbal tea blends as they often provide a variety of health benefits. To our clients we offer the 100% natural herbal blend, called MiraBlend, which is formulated to regulate the daily biological cycle of the body which is often the source of many problems for the overweight persons. - What are the Mira Line products?
The Mira Line brand is a line of 100% natural health products designed to be great additions to your healthy lifestyle. More specifically, Mira Line products offer a healthy support to many inconveniences and struggles that result from excess weight, unhealthy lifestyle and benefit any weight loss. - Do I need to use Multi Vitamins?
It always important to support your body with multi-vitamins all year around. Our program requires intake of the multi-vitamins as well. Exclusively to our clients, we offer The Sadkhin Multi-Vitamins that provide all of the essential nutrients that your body needs to operate at its optimal rate. The Sadkhin Multi-Vitamins are among the most potent multi-vitamin formulas available on the market today. - What are the seasonal herbs? Why do I need them?
Our four seasonal supplements are a unique combination of herbs especially formulated to nourish and support those organs and systems most active in the current season and those that will become active in the next season. Each formula contains a different combination of herbs. Make sure you are taking the correct formula for the current season of the year. - Can you offer any advice on how I should prepare my food?

If you are lactose intolerant, you will be suggested alternatives to dairy, such as lactaid milk, lactaid yogurt, soymilk, soy yogurt, rice milk, oat milk or almond milk. It is crucial for our method to incorporate dairy (dairy alternative) products to produce sizeable effects. - Why is important to see the practitioner every 10 days?
Every 10 days, you must come in to get the Sadkhin Spheres repositioned and to update your practitioner on your weight loss progress. In the current position, the Sadkhin Spheres are only effective up to the first 10-12 days. After 10-12 days, they will start losing their effectiveness, which will negatively affect your progress on the Sadkhin Method. - Can I chew gum?
Sugarless gum is always permitted. All of our locations offer our exclusive MiraGum, a variety of gum that is natural and offers hoodia, which helps control cravings. - Can I have salad dressing?
Processed foods or foods with artificial ingredients are not allowed - this includes salad dressing, vegetable chips (even baked), sugarless candy, and dried fruits. You may garnish your salad with seasonings, a drop of wine and lemon juice. You may also use the blend of fruits and vegetables you are using that day to create a dressing. - Can I smoke?
While smoking is permitted on the program, we encourage you to quit this unhealthy habit. Your wellbeing is our most important mission, and we sincerely hope you will acquire many new healthy habits over the course of the program. Smoking should not be one of them. - What happens if I cheat?
You must not cheat and you must adhere to the program or you will significantly undermine your results. If you do cheat, it is important that you be honest and record and report your food intake to your practitioner at your next appointment. Please note: It is very important that you do not cheat and strictly adhere to the program. - If I get a light headache, what should I do?
You may take two cups of hot tea with some honey and pain reliever of your choice. Consult with your physician if the symptoms become severe.
