- Keeps you freer of disease. Every year twenty thousand people die of E.coli bacteria poisoning mostly found in meat.
- Saves money both in the supermarket and on health care.
- Increases energy and endurance: A vegetarian diet improves your stamina, concentration, and sense of well being.
- Helps to keep the weight off. On average, dieters who followed a vegetarian diet kept their weight off seven years longer than those that ate meat.
