Establishing a franchise-based business relationship with the Sadkhin Franchising Company opens the door for a tremendous opportunity for you to become a part of an established nationwide franchising system that is stable, profitable, has low operational costs (relative to most franchise opportunities in similar fields), and that is growing at a faster rate each year.
To become a Franchisee, assuming you qualify and execute the necessary Franchise documentation, you will pay a one-time franchise fee per location that will provide you with an agreed-upon territory in which you will hold the sole right to open and operate a Franchised Sadkhin Center. If you are, or become, interested in simultaneously securing multiple locations, we do offer certain benefits for such transactions. In some geographic areas we may allow you to reserve more than one location under certain conditions and circumstances.
Your Initial Investment
Your initial investment, as a Franchisee, consists of a franchise fee, training fees, certification fees, as well as fees for marketing materials and initial products inventory. Your additional initial expenses are dependent on the type and location of the office you open as your Franchised business unit, and will include commensurate conventional expenses such as office rent / lease, office construction, office equipment and furnishings, and may include other customary expenses such as business insurance, business permits, initial advertisement and marketing etc.
